We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Custom/personalized items
- Personal care or intimate goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the same condition standards as above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at info@theexoticsmoke.com.
