  • Local Pickup (Available by appointment at our Houston location)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@theexoticsmoke.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
